‘Ten questions about Me’ – Fun reflection time

Anyone who is a parent knows that parenting is the best  test-field for developing personal leadership. In order to unlock it, you need to start with deeply knowing yourself: your strengths, vulnerabilities and biases. Even if you are not a parent, you know that despite everything, somewhere inside of you there is still that child with big dreams. It’s never too late to reconnect with that.

I’ve created the Ten questions exercise handout back in 2012 and used it ever since. The one-hour spent answering the ten-questions on little post-its helped me get promoted twice in 5 years while working part time. It was all about staying true to my essence, my core.

Do you want to try it for yourself? Sign up and get the Ten Questions and 5 other exercises with the complimentary book Chapter 9.
